We accept all major payment methods, and receipts are issued immediately upon confirmation.
At HA Pinnacle Transport, every reservation is planned with precision to ensure a seamless and exclusive travel experience. Because each booking secures dedicated vehicle and chauffeur availability.the following cancellation terms apply:
• More than 24 hours notice: no charge
• Within 24 hours: 50% charge
• Within 4 hours or no-show: 100% charge
• Two-hour minimum applies
A complimentary wait period of 10 minutes is provided for all pickups.
Additional wait time will be billed in 15-minute increments at the prevailing hourly rate.:
Smoking, vaping, or use of any controlled substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Cleaning or damage fees resulting from spills, stains, or misuse start at $150 and may increase depending on severity.
HA Pinnacle Transport reserves the right to terminate service if client behavior creates safety concerns.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all personal items are collected upon exiting the vehicle.
HA Pinnacle Transport is not liable for lost, misplaced, or damaged personal items
Delays due to weather, traffic closures, civil events, or unforeseen circumstances may affect service timelines.
HA Pinnacle Transport will make reasonable efforts to notify the client promptly of such delays.
By booking with HA Pinnacle Transport, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and policies.
